Why do we work with them?
Our commitment to educating customers on the importance of routine maintenance to the longevity of their synthetic surface is central to our philosophy of ‘Maintaining Standards’. Our own on-site demonstrations, comprehensive reports and bespoke training have helped to strengthen our position as the UK’s leading synthetic pitch maintenance provider.
We have historically worked alongside the Institute of Groundsmanship to deliver a series of one-day seminars aimed at instructing grounds staff on the latest techniques and developments in artificial pitch maintenance.
As part of the Synthetic Surfaces seminars we delivered, delegates were offered the opportunity to submit feedback to help us monitor how our courses are perceived. Since feedback forms were introduced in 2005, our courses generated a 100% positive response rate, with over 94% of respondents rating as ‘Excellent’ or ‘Above Average’ the way the information was relayed, and 98% happy that the course content met with their expectations.
These feedback forms confirm that our synthetic pitch maintenance element of the IOG-led courses was received with enthusiasm by attendees, many of whom were not initially aware of the best maintenance programme for their surface, or how such maintenance requirements vary according to which generation of carpet they were looking after. We found the information on maintenance to be the aspect of the course that delegates identified as ‘most useful’, which is testament not only to our knowledge expertise, but also in the way we presented this information to the customer.
